Need a better user manual. Also Setup Guide. It is hard to figure out how to hook up other external units.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: poor set up guide

This is my 4th TV in the house love the quality and features. Got a 55", 40", 32" and a 24".
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

setup is fairly easy, needs to be turned on for a few minutes before smart hub will respond to selected app. picture quality is adjustable to preference. HDMI and other inputs only accessible from back of TV, have to add an extension before using flush mount on wall. remote is easy to use

We just purchased this Samsung 40" TV and are very pleased with it. The set-up was easy although the TV seems to tilt backwards a little and we followed the directions completely for attaching the base and it appears to be on correctly and solid. My only disappointment is that I can't seem to get Acorn TV on the SmartHub. We also own a Samsung 65" TV for our living room which we purchased in January 2014 and that DOES have Acorn TV. We have enjoyed that immensely.
Pros: Realistic color, Built-in speakers
Cons: no acorn tv

Great features and performance for the price point. It is feature rich and delivers great picture quality. A great TV for anyone as long as you aren't connecting a ton of devices as inputs are limited.

I bought this Samsung (my first smart tv) to replace an older, smaller HD tv in our den. The set is very lightweight and easy to handle. Set-up was a snap and it easily connected to my wifi. The picture is amazing and the sound is better than I expected. This is my first Samsung tv and I am extremely impressed. The only feature that might be helpful would be an additional HDMI jack., but that is not a major obstacle.
I could not believe that such a high quality product could be purchased for such a reasonable price. The 40" size is perfect for our den...not too small and not too overwhelming. I highly recommend Samsung for anyone buying a television.
