[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cordless hand mixer works great while charged. It is very convenient to not have to be attached to a cord while mixing or have the cord get in the way. However, this mixer doesn’t stay charged for very long. You can "power charge" it but that is not quick! Takes 2 ho0urs to fully charge but you can get an extra 25 seconds after charging for 10 minutes. If I'm in the middle of mixing something and the battery dies, I'm not going to want to wait 10 minutes just to get a few more seconds of mixing. Luckily while fully charged you should have enough battery life to get just about anything mixed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this OLD hand mixer for years and thought a cordless hand mixer would be so cool to have. Besides my hand mixer, I also have one of the huge stand-up mixer that I use most of the time. This is a preface why I love my cordless hand mixer. I use this mixer for quick jobs and I'm not too concerned that it will run out of juice. I made a box of brownies and the mixer did the job. If you planning on making complicated recipe, use the old stand-up mixer but for everything else, the Cuisinart -EvolutionX Cordless Hand Mixer perfect! You can't go wrong with any Cuisinart product.

This is so nice. Love the convenience of no cord. The charging is pretty quick and last me enough to get me through a recipe. But it can't be anything thick. Not enough power so no Cookie dough for sure or thick batters. But that's what I have my stand mixer for. I would definitely recommend this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great mixer for basic baking. Has 5 speeds and not having a cord makes it super efficient. I will say that the charger could be a little better. Power tends to run out quickly. So if you plan on doing a lot of mixing/baking a stand up mixer may be better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since the start of stay-at-home order, I have found a new hobby, that is cooking and baking. This new kitchen appliance is such a nice upgrade to what I used to have and is such a stylish product to always be on my countertop because of its frequent use. It is very easy to snap on and click off, and also very easy to clean up after. The speed control is also very smoothly transitioning and this is lightweight making it so much easier especially when I make frosting or meringue that takes a bit longer to beat. Overall, I am in love with this and I highly recommend it.

For every day small use it’s great. Not sure it’s powerful enough for a thick/heavy cookie dough. Love the cordless function and not having to clean the cord after use however there’s not a significant safety function for turning it on while inserting/removing the beaters.
