I really like the looks of the product, I love the idea of the whole cordless concept, but the power was lacking. I was mixing cake batter but it seems to slow significantly while in the mix. If it does that with cake batter, not sure how it would handle mashing potatoes or something even more thick. I really wanted to love this product, but it is just a little too slow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I owned a corded hand mixer about 20 years. When it died, I never replaced it. But I do make some sauces and recipes that require blending over heat. So I was excited about this tool addition. The mixer is simple to set up and takes a couple hours to charge. I used it the first time to make a sauce on the cooktop. It stays fully charged for about 10 minutes. That was enough time for my purposes but I think it may not be enough for all recipes. It doesn't seem to have enough umpf for heavy duty mixing. But one again it worked for my needs. This isn't a tool I need regularly. When I do I think it will work perfectly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The EvolutionX Cordless Hand Mixer is the perfect adder to my kitchen. Not only does it blend well, but it's easier then ever to clean. Remove the two mixers from the tool and voila wash and reuse. The hand mixer is perfect for different recipes from beating eggs to mixing cookie dough. It has different mixing speeds all the way to high speed and best of all it's all wireless. The rechargeable battery lasts a while once fully charged and I had no issues with its' performance. It has an led screen that tells you the speed level. I love how slick it looks, the simple yet stylish design and how light it is. Overall a great product.

Does an adequate job mixing, and the absence of a cord is very nice! Holds battery charge well, but does tend to bear down slightly when mixing a thick mixture. I’m most disappointed that there is no option to slow the mixer down.— once you have advanced the speed, you are not able to slow it down without stopping and starting over. Very dysfunctional to me, and for that reason, I would not purchase this mixer again.
