Sleek mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a tool I am in live with! I have limited power outlets in my kitchen and prefer to cook on a counter where there is no power. Also, my old hand mixer is probably from the 80’s! This solved two problems the cordless design means I can bake anywhere, it’s light weight and easy to use. It has 5 speed and the new style beaters that are more like a whisk than the old flat style! The stainless dark gray look is beautiful too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so impressed, this cordless hand mixer was great. I fully charged it, and put all my ingredients in my mixing bowl and started using the cordless hand mixer. Not only did it mix my ingredients perfectly, I did not have to even stress the plug getting in the way or going either into the mixing bowl or wrapped around my hand. I loved it and, highly recommend everyone have one in their kitchen great mixer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mixer is so easy to use ! Very quick to turn on, with just a push of the button- the speed is easily adjusted. I like the variety of speed. It gives the perfect options depending on what you are mixing. Easy to clean- no areas for the mix to get caked into!
I have noticed that it is a little heavier than the traditional hand mixer- but I feel like I don’t notice it while using it, just when I first picked it up. I love that the base is level enough to stay upright when set down- and doesn’t topple over when the handles are in.
The mixing beaters are really easy to clean and there’s no center post so food doesn’t get caked in that corners of the beaters. I do feel as if I had go through whatever I was mixing a little more without that center post- but for convenience it is totally worth it !
And of course the absolute best part of this mixer is that there is no cord getting in the way, tangled, covered with food !!!! I absolutely love that feature! It makes it seamless to store and not have to worry about the cord being all over the place or tangled into other appliances.
Quick to charge, and the battery lasts more than long enough for anything I have needed to use it for. It is also really nice that the level of battery charge is automatically displayed when the mixer is on, so you do not have to guess as to when you need to recharge it. Also a nice feature is that the area where the charger plugs in has a cover which opens and closes easily to stop anything from getting into it.

Centerless beaters - where have you been?!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The aesthetics of the EvolutionX by Cuisinart is such a game changer. I have a large stand mixer, but sometimes I avoid making things as I just don’t want the effort of using it. Insert this fantastic hand mixer. Charges fully in 2 hours through a USB cord, this mixer can take on cookies to egg whites with ease. Run time stated is 20 mins. On lower settings we find we can get closer to 25. The five speeds handle all our needs, but we aren’t fancy. The design makes it super simple to set down on the counter keeping mess minimal with my small kitchen helper. Saving the best for last: the beaters. They have no center pole! I do not know why any have one now! It makes so much less loss of ingredients to the beaters. Sad for the taste testers, but a win for clean up! Just pop the beaters in the dishwasher! Highly recommend!

Very convenient and cool cordless hand mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cordless hand mixer is a terrific idea and I DO like it a lot, but it has its limitations. I love that there is no cord to get in the way. It doesn't take too terribly long to recharge, and the battery life is decent when in use. I have used this mixer to mix together cake mix ingredients, brownie batter, and to beat eggs. It does great with thinner batters. There are 5 speeds and the 5th speed is pretty fast. I would not attempt to use this mixer for any thick batters or dough. I don't think it would work very well - it just doesn't have enough power. It's PLENTY powerful for thin batters and doughs, soups, eggs, etc. But I'd leave the thick stuff for a more powerful plug in style mixer. It's very convenient to have around to just grab and use quickly and not have to deal with plugging it in to use. It stands on its own without falling over. It looks very cool. There's not much in the box, just the mixer and 2 beaters. The beaters do not have center posts which helps with mixing and avoiding waste - one less post for batter to stick to! I love that. I do not love that there is no beater eject button so the beaters have to be pulled out by hand, which can get messy. Overall, I honestly DO like this mixer but will continue to use my stand mixer and regular plug in mixer for bigger, tougher, thicker jobs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mixer is the best! Not only does it look stylish but it works exactly how you would expect a Cuisinart to! It’s very easy to use. The 2 beaters each have a different sized end making it very simple to figure out which goes on which side. They click into place
easily and really stay there! The charger is just a small cord that plugs into one end. On one charge I was able to make buttercream frosting AND creamed potatoes. This mixer is pretty compact but still gets the job done!
