I purchased TWO hand mixers in the last year. BOTH broke in different ways during the first use. The first one the motor went out on softened butter. The second one, the beater broke on softened butter. Really roo bad. Went back to kitchenaid.

I thought the short battery life would be a problem, but it lasts much longer than I expected and hasn’t cut out in the middle of mixing yet! I’ve had it for two years so it’s done great through two seasons of Christmas baking!

Lacks power. The cordless feature is nice. The batter holds up too. However when beating things like mash potatoes and cake mixes a little more power would be great.

I keep the mixer on the counter because it’s compact and matches the other appliances around it. The settings are simple and the detachable mixer attachments are easy to clean because there’s no gaps in the metal.

I like this mixer, but for some reason it doesn't love me. When I try and turn it on, it's very hit or miss. My husband has no problem getting the mixer to function, but I sure do! I also feel like there isn't enough speed options. Mainly I would like a slower #1 setting, or even half step options.
