We were introduced to this kettle at a hotel in Mexico. Loved it and purchased one as soon as we got home. It's so fast and so nice that it keeps the water hot for a while before turning off.

Good kettle, but emits a deafening beep when starting and finishing. It scares my dog every time. There is no mute option. You can search for more drastic measures to remove the beep online.

i have one complaint about the digital gooseneck kettle. within a few weeks of purchasing it, the digital "-" button (to reduce the water temperature) sometimes does not work. this is quite frustrating. i brew only high-quality japanese green tea. water temperature is a key component to brewing the perfect cup.

If you like pour-over coffee, you need one of these. I was just going to get a regular electric kettle but I saw this Gooseneck Kettle and figured why not get the best of both worlds. Very easy and precise to put the water just where it is needed. If you like pour-over coffee, you know that it is important to "Bloom" the coffee before adding a quantity of coffee. Works like a champ.
Really easy to set the temperature for coffee. I use 205 degrees. Let's you know the actual water temperature and the target temperature.
Works well with tea, also.
