Wonderful

My son and I built this over the past week. The details of the roof around the tower, as my son put it, doesn't use rare parts, and it looks amazing. The different artifacts in the build, are a fun addition. The little stories in the instructions about the artifacts adds a bit of not expected excitement! The pipe organ is great as well. This set is highly recommended and will be a great addition to our amusement park.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Elevator!

I overall really loved this build. The mini-figs are cute, the inside and outside are very detailed and it was fun to put together except I hard a hard time getting the roof to lay flush but eventually got it. For me, I had no problems with the elevator after I removed one link from the chain. Before I removed that link it would not work. Now it works. So for anyone troubleshooting the elevator. Try that first!

I really wanted to like this set.... Fell short

First I want to say that I think for the price, this set is a GOOD VALUE. I was worried after reading all the reviews about the drop feature not working, which was NOT a problem. Worked great on the first try, and continues to work well.
I did order the motors, so hoping to make it more fun to watch. Right now, it's really hard to turn the crank and watch the ride.
Where this fell short for me?
Repetition. I bought this for my daughter (really myself) and she got bored of it after finally finishing the second level. So I took over, and after the 3rd floor (drop tower), I was really hating this set. Needless to say, by the time I got to the 5th floor, I wanted the same exact walls and windows to end.

The roller coaster wasn't as repetitive in my opinoin, as I really just wanted to be done with the house itself.
It is a nice set, and cool to look at, but was not one of my favorite builds due to repetition.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Awesome Haunted House

Love this build! The details are nice and I like the size of it. The elevator ride doesn’t always work (as others have pointed out) but I got it for display purposes. I would recommend this to anyone…but it does take up space, so make sure you have a spot for it.

I love this model, but what would've made the story about an Egyptian curse perfection would be a mummy mini-figure.

I bought this waiting until Halloween to build it. So happy I did not wait! This is an exceptional model and building experience. Full of details. Great LEGO people. Lots to play with and spark the imagination. Love the twin owners and twin ghosts! I am tempted to buy a light kit somewhere to add another dimension of interest. But the model by itself is totally worth the time and cost. Boo one right now!

This was the second LEGO kit I ever built. ( my first was the Diner- had to do something during quarantine )
