Purchased the product specifically for clearing our deck. Liked the hybrid concept as it provided an option if the battery failed. So far have used it not only for the deck but on occasion our driveway, on days when the snow is not heavy and wet and clearing the driveway doesn't require our larger gas snowblower. Can get most of the deck and driveway done on one charge before switching to electric.

I needed this to open a path to our propane tank. The path is over grass so really nothing is designed to do that conveniently. After one very wet storm, this proved quite capable. The battery gave very sufficient power and was easy to use. I had to keep the scraping edge slightly elevated so I didn't get hung up on the grass But I think it will be easier when the ground is solidly frozen. This first storm was a little early so the ground was not fully solid. Very good product.

The product came mostly assembled and was easy to finish. Very easy to operate, I especially love the electric chute. It is very quiet, cleans right down to the concrete, and the battery last every bit as advertised which is 52 minutes. It is a smaller machine so do not expect it to efficiently clear away more than about 4 to 5 inches of snow. I have only used the battery so far not the electric cord so cannot comment on that. I like the ease of battery and electric versus gas powered.

I knew if I purchased this, for us by my wife while I travel for business, it likely wouldn't snow. So far so good!
So while I cannot comment on its operation, it went together easily, the battery had a charge, and it stores easily with the clamps that fold the handle. Seems well made, a test dry running showed it was quieter than a gas engine. I like the option for battery operation or corded. And wife and daughters like the color.
