I received this in January 28, 2021 and used it couple times. The last I used February 16, 2021 the cheap plastic start cracking from small to big.

Worked really well

I bought this nearly three years ago - and then we didn't have more than a couple of inches in any snowfall, so it was never used. Until today. We had about 5 inches of wet, heavy, snow. It did a great job, and I was able to do our whole driveway (about 40 ftx10 ft) on a single charge. My one complaint is that the shute clogged a lot - made worse but the really wet snow - but looking at the reviews here, I see I should have sprayed the inside with oil to stop it sticking. I'll try that next time.
I am pleased to see that the 40V battery lasted so well, but it was great to know that I could also plug the blower in if needed.

love it two years old still purrs like a kitten a/c does have a lttle more umph then battery usually 6in or less on charge does the trick

Could work a little better

Due to age shoveling is not always easy yet I found myself shoveling rather than getting my large 2 stage out for a few inches. So, I got this to replace my shovel. I got the hybrid because I feared the battery wouldn't last in the cold. Turns out the battery lasts just fine for my corner lot with driveway. I now wish I had bought a larger unit and not the hybrid as I don't use that feature. My big issue with the machine is that it throws more snow out in front of the machine than up the chute so when I make a second pass up the walk it's covered with a light layer of snow when I'm done and usually have to go over it with a shovel. I like not having to bother with gas and it's very quiet and of course easy to start. As stated in other reviews, corded use has a lot more power.
