I've used it once on 6-8 inches of fresh snow, the machine lacked power (on battery) but it did get the job done. The battery run out after approx 30 mins of run time. I finished my driveway but not the sidewalk. I don’t think it can handle heavy or wet snow but good enough for powder snow.

Like the dual power option. Have not used the AC plug yet, but I think it could come in handy, if clumsy. But used the battery on light to moderately wet snow 1 to 3 inches and was disappointed in throw distance. It also seem to scrape the drive way, mo marks, just hard to push and the battery compartment does not latch securely. But, all in all, easy to set up and use. .

I live in Chicago I bought mine last year bc I like the reviews use it and it sucked in 1 inch of snow not even that wet snow I tried it again this week 2/5/21 again same crap had pull out the shovel. Snowblower might only work with fluffy dry snow thing is sitting in my garage next time I’ll upload a video save your money get a real electric start snowblower for almost the same money. i never write reviews but I had to for this snowblower so upset bc I bought this especially for my wife use to make it easy on her when I’m not around bc it’s harder for her using gas the snowblower to turn it on anyway hope this helps.

Easy to use, very good at throwing snow. Have used both battery and AC power and found using a cord to not be much of an issue. A lot more power with AC but the battery is great for areas that are harder to access with a cord and can remove all the light snow on our 100ft driveway when 1-2" deep. Sounds like a jet engine when powered by AC cord but still very quiet compared to gas powered blowers. Handle could be a little more rigid at the base but its been a great snow blower, and a great value for anyone looking for a cheaper and easier to use option than a gas snow blower.
