Phone freezes and restarts on a regular basis

I bought this phone over a year ago brand new. It keeps freezing and restarting. It happens at least a few times a day, sometimes more. To be honest the camera is the only good thing about this phone. Performance wise, it sucks. I am in the middle of scrolling through an app or using Google maps and out of it just freezes and I have to wait for it to reboot to start resume what I was doing. This is not an uncommon issue with this device. I have read online hundreds of testimonials of people reporting the same thing, so I know it's not just my device. Samsung refuses to replace the phone. Overall it's a mediocre phone if I can't use it since it always crashes.

It is a great phone, but from factory I have an issue with AOD, it is always very dim even after doing all the neccessary troubleshooting. Also sometimes I feel that adaptive refresh rate is not working 100%.
