Great but need to bring back the memory cards

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this phone for three months now, and overall my experience has been almost unanimously positive. (Nothing is perfect, right?)
Overall, my device's performance has been stellar:
- The Speed...amazing, I'm able to multi-task and swap between apps with near to zero delay (Full disclosure - sometimes it goes too fast, it must be my old age);
- The screen quality...amazing, it's Samsung, what more do you need;
- The battery life...extremely amazing! I sometimes will game heavily for 3-4 hours continuously, and only use maybe half of the juice;
- The Camera...great, the photos and videos taken are generally exceptional but at the same time I rarely feel like they are perfect, but I might just be a terrible photographer, so keep that in mind. Speaking of the camera, this phone is TOP heavy. So make sure you have a good grip towards the bottom of the phone, otherwise it may take a tumble;

- The S-Pen (to me) works just as good here as it did on the note series, minus a few features, and the in-screen fingerprint sensor still works great, even with a screen protector.
My only complaint would be the lack of expandable storage potential. I can make 128Gb works, but I'd rather store my clutter on an SD card rather than internal storage.

Best Samsung Galaxy I have used

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the samsung galaxy S3, S6, S9, Note 9 and currently have the S21 Ultra. I have had this phone for over a year and I still haven't had any issues with it. It is durable, fast, takes amazing photos and the battery can still last me all day with lighter use. I will say if I am playing games on my phone and have multiple apps open then my battery does tend to die within 4-6 hours, but that is ONLY if I am on in it that entire time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Took Away the Best Part about the Galaxy Line

Removable memory cards have always been why I keep coming back to Samsung Galaxy Phones. That and waterproof rating. This phone is at least still waterproof, but without being able to use a micro SD card I can't use it. I take photos for work and I'm a mom, I take thousands of photos per year, crazy as it sounds, I like being able to have 30,000 photos and videos on my phone and know that if it's gets crushed I can pull that card out and not lose a photo. Cloud storage is only so good, it won't save the photos fast enough to avert disaster if I lose my work before the cloud can get it backed up because I often work in areas without service. Very dissappointed this feature isn't on the S21 and I will not be using this phone because of it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No expandable storage

I am so upset the phone doesn't include expandable storage. Cloud backup is very expensive and I loved being able to have a memory card for storing photos and videos. When it's full, swap in another memory card.
I really hope the S22 includes expandable storage. It was the best thing about Samsung phones.

BEYOND HAPPY.

I traded in my iPhone XS for the galaxy s21 ultra and could not be happier with my decision. I am currently with straight talk and the switch was incredibly easy with this unlocked phone: simple take the sim out of one phone and put it in the other. The features of the Galaxy are so much more fun than the iPhone which I feel is the same year after year and after trading my phone in, this was a much better deal with WAY more storage. If you're comparing the two, this is definitely the better option and that's coming from someone who has owned iPhones for YEARS.

Terrible performance and unreliable

The phone restarts randomly throughout the day and is unable to handle day to day tasks. It crashes and freezes often. Troubleshooting does not resolve the issue.
