A few issues, service drops, speaker crackle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone is good aside from dropped calls, audio drop outs on video calls, audio drop outs on conference calls, speaker crackle, delayed messages and notifications and then you get them all at once yet the phone shows that it has service the entire time, phone gets frozen on 5g and won't auto switch to 4g without these issues. Replacement phones all have same issues.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best phone I've ever owned. I've had it over a year and there is no detectable slowdown whatsoever. I had a Note 9 prior to this so the phone had huge shoes to fill. It takes great pic and the black color makes the phone beautiful to look at.
