[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from a Note8 to the 21 5g Ultra and I am very pleased with the purchase samsung's transfer helped move all of my old apps and gallery over seamlessly. Plus the features of the camera I get to take amazing pictures and don't need editing software. These pictures are raw straight off of the camera. I would and do recommend this phone to everyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from a s9+ and like the speed and battery time better the s21 ultra. Incredible camera. It would get 5 stars if it had more factory ring tone and notification sound choices.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few months ago. Since then I've had some issues with the volume not being loud enough unless it's on speaker. I also cracked my screen the first week with a zagg screen protector by a very small fall (I've never damaged a phone in my life!!!!). I feel as though the screen should have never cracked that easily. I dropped my Galaxy 7 edge all of the time for like 5 years, and it never got damaged. The cameras are difficult to operate & I often miss out on taking the pictures or video because my phone starts picking what mode it wants to be on by itself. In all honesty it's not much different from my 7edge, and at least that one had expandable memory.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
