A lemon from the start!

Purchased in early 2021 and problems emerged immediately. Random reboots, occasional freezes and crashes. My s7 was rock solid for 5 years, so i chalked it up to new model bugs. Well it's gotten ridiculous with multiple reboots every day until it finally stopped recognizing my PIN. I gave in and factory reset and only installed my necessary apps. After a week the cycle has started again. We'll see how Samsung Support responds.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pre ordered my phone have had tonhave 2 replacements and about to do a 3rd. This is the worst phone I've ever owned. Battery time is a complete lie phone over heats. Screen has issues all the time apps work here n there. For some reason I can't add Instagram to my aide bar but could on my first s21 before the replacement. So since February I've had 2 of these phones and about to ask for another. Straight trash. Hate that I hate it.

No SD slot, no AUX port and no heart or O2 sensors

I am shocked ... In the past Samsung advertising was making fun of IPHONE because no SD card slot and no AUX port, now I am shocked now that Samsung copy iPhone and do the same plus they took out more things like the heart and Oxygen measure sensors and no pen too so why should I buy Samsung no benefit at this point and the price is very expensive and the phone is not stable like iPhone i am disappointed from Samsung

These devices are so expensive and so flimsy! I expect devices to be more durable for the cost! Also, The fingerprint scanner on screen is not working-out very well, and I hope they put it back in the power button.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the s21U for school about a few months ago and I have even absolutely been enjoying the device. It has very stable battery percentages besides when doing heavy tasks, the screen flows smoothly, and the photos are some of the best that I have seen. There are many helpful features throughout the phone that I haven't seen on others, and I'm sure there's more I have used. Overall, this device is a must have if you love yourself a high quality device that will last you long.
