[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the galaxy 10 note before this and it wasn't hard to adjust to the ultra because the similarities are pretty much the same but better. Like the video and picture quality most definitely glad I invested in one.

Best yet, but screen is easy to damage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this phone about 5 months ago when it first came out and it has yet to truly disappoint! The camera is the best yet and my Apple friends are so jealous of my camera's zoom capabilities. The camera has no limits. As a bonus, the sleek curves of the back with the integrated camera looks AMAZING! However, the screen is one of the more fragile screens I've seen compared to previous galaxy devices. I randomly find small chips which is kinda disappointing for a phone with such an amazing screen. Also, just a heads up, Samsung cares does not cover these chips so that's another bummer. Overall though, I am super happy with the purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my S21 Ultra for a few months and it is the best! I love the camera. The screen size is fantastic. My transfer from my old phone was simple. It feels great in my hand. The feature I love most is the S-pen compatibility. I got a S Tab at the same time and loved the pen so much I had to get one for my phone. The only problem is now my daughter wants one too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the phone and it has great features. However I'm a little disappointed on how heavy it is. I looked at the specs before ordering, but I guess I didn't really register on how much the weight would play a factor in using the device. I have arthritis and it is difficult for me to hold the device steady and use one handed. I missed the deadline to return by one day otherwise I would have exchanged for the S21 5G, which is lighter and smaller.
