Great upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been wanting to upgrade as my s9 was dying and on release of this phone was almost unusable at times. Was eyeing the s20 note but decided to wait on this. Love the pen and the length as it doesn't make my hand cramp like the note pen but hate that it doesn't have a convenient storage space for it unless you bought the pen and case bundle. Camera is great and the touch response is much better than the s9. Size is great. Wasn't sure how i would feel about the size at first but I've grown to like it much more than the s9's awkward not small enough but not big enough size. Battery is great as I use it all day constantly on call games etc and it lasts. So far so good. Only problem was calls were great and still are but lately I've had complaints from people I talk with that the mic when on speakerphone has been pretty weak so I'm not sure if the mic has gotten weaker in performance since I've purchased about 3 or 4 months ago or not. Can get hot but seems to cool pretty quickly in comparison to my older Samsung phones I've had. Need more case options that include spen holders and in white please!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this multiple times hesitant because been an apple guy for a while. But after using and adapting to all features. It's hands down the best phone out. Cameras are out if this world. Crisp crystal images and 8k videos. Can't beat that. All smart phones put together Can't come close to this one. Best choice ever.

I have a few months with s21ultra and is fast, picture quality is great , only issue i have is sometimes i feel like battery die a lil too fast , and having issues with fingerprint i sometimes need try many times to be able to open my phone ..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I traded in my s10+ for the s21 ultra 5G or as Flossy Carter says the 5Gangsta and I love this phone. The picture quality is always amazing, my significant other always uses it to take pictures especially of our son. The battery life is amazing and I still have 20% by the end of the night. I also haven't had any over heating issues that usually happens with heavy usage of a phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not really happy with the device. It doesn't even seem like there were any changes that I can see from my Samsung Note8. I didn't want to upgrade right a way so that's why I waited, and I'm disappointed, and I thought it would be a bit bigger device also. I'm in IT, so I'm probably more critical than most.
