[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the Samsung S21 Ultra a couple months now. Best up grade ever. The phones camera features are amazing. I was even able to do multiple videos to make a 5 minute movie for sociology class final project. I was amazed how it made my life easier. The battery lasts all day of my 12 hour shift. When I clock out from work, my phone battery has only dropped to 75%. I love that as I have a distance to drive home and feel safe with a phone that the battery lasts.
The speed is great too.

Love the phone but battery sucks!

I bought this phone about 3 months ago and loved it except for the battery life. I'd be lucky to get 10 hrs out of it...battery starts to die before even doing anything on it. Fully charged when I wake up in the morning....set it down to get myself a cup of coffee and the phone is down to 99%. It drops about 10% in less than an hour...my old LG phone lasts longer than that! I'm on my 3rd one now and about to return it! I really don't want to give up on it but I'm tired of changing them out...just want one that has an all day battery like it's supposed to!

Definitely not worth the upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love Samsung! Galaxy was not my first choice but since they weren't doing the note. I jumped on the ultra! What a waste of money and time. It's a good phone like most galaxy's but definitely not my first choice in phones. Nothing special. It overheats I hate that it does not have a stylus and I wish I would have wait3d for the fold

Best Samsung I've owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a Note owner since the 2nd one came out. I've owned the Note 2, 3, 5, 8, 9, and 10. I am someone who is not bothered by larger screens and prefer them over smaller phones. I do miss the convenience of having a stylus whenever I wanted but that can be easily fixed with the cover and S-Pen combo.
Pros-
1. Performance-- this phone is super fast. The processing power and the 5g capabilities means this phone rarely hiccups and performs consistently well.
2. Screen size-- As I indicated earlier, I love big phones because it provides a better media consumption experience and is better for online gaming.
3. The screen quality-- 120hz display makes everything look much better. The animations, the videos, scrolling through social media and playing games look so good on this phone. The screen gets bright as well so I am able to use it in direct sunlight.
4. The cameras-- I have never taken better videos or picture on this phone. The 100x zoom is amazing and everyone I have shown are amazed. I have been able to take pictures that I would never have been able to do on any other phone. My kids love using that feature as well.
The videos are great as well. I am honestly impressed with the audio and clarity. The stability of the video is great and when walking or running, the video does better compared to the previous Notes that I've owned.
5. Battery-- I can get a full days use from the phone with battery to spare. I'm answering emails, watching videos, playing some more powerful mobile games, play game pass on it, and browsing websites. The phone doesn't get hot and performance does not slow down. It charges faster with the cable but wireless charging is still quick.
