[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] "Upgraded" from my S10+ Ceramic Black Performance Edition & I'm pretty disappointed... nothing really stands out as a change...performances are the same, battery life is the same(although it runs @120hz), cameras are nearly the same though I don't have much time to use them anyway, fingerprint sensor is nearly the same, & 120hz isn't as noticeable as I thought it would be as well as not being used for alot of apps or games... will probably not upgrade to another Samsung device again bc of this disappointment unless they give me a device to review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My S8+ that I traded in for this was a better overall phone. In my opinion, the phone is a lot slower. When not connected to WiFi, it is very slow. It is also a very heavy phone and the volume and home buttons on the side make a very loud "clicking" sound when press. My camera on my S21 is also trash. I can't get the camera to focus on anything unless it's on another app like Snapchat.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I regret buying this phone

I got my new Samsung Galaxy S21 today and was incredibly excited to switch over to it. The first question I asked my wife when she opened the box was, "Hey, what headphones came with it?" I was very surprised to learn that not only did it not come with headphones, but it doesn't even have a headphone jack! Perplexed, I asked what the black cord was she was holding as it looked like headphones. She informed me it was the USB-C. Okay, I thought, that's the power cord. Oh, wait, it isn't a power cord, it has a USB-C on both ends. This worthless phone doesn't even come with a way to plug it in! Why would you take away the 2 most basic functions of a phone -- listening to audio from it and plugging it in! I horribly regret buying this phone and will likely continue using my old phone instead of this piece of trash.

Processor Issues & Internet - Galaxy s21 Ultra 5G

Galaxy s21 Ultra 5G. This cellular device has been slower and not processing APPs as fast as I would like, I am returning this back to Best Buy today. I purchased this on June 30, 2021. On three of my games the game does not process unless I delete caches and reboot the cell one or two times. The game is blank on the screen half the time I open them. Also, when I am typing a google search sometimes no matter how many times I try to type in the middle of a word string it jumps to the end unless I refresh the website. I am not sure why some of the APPs such as games (golf king, call of duty, war robots, NFL madden), ESPN, and others have issues with load times and use. The graphics are nice but there is a processing issue with connecting to the internet very slow too often which effects load time for apps and when apps come up they are not fully functionable.

No storage!

I have loved my Galaxy phones...starting with a 9 Plus and then a 10 Plus. When I killed my 10 Plus, I decided to "upgrade" and of course, went straight to Samsung Galaxy phones. I was foolish and did not read carefully about this phone. It has minimal storage and no option for a memory card. I couldn't even transfer my content from my S10 Plus to this phone due to lack of space. I put it back in the box and returned it for an APPLE 13 with a terabyte of memory. Sorry Samsung. You lost me.
