Great Radio Unit

This is a beautiful head unit that looks factory and like it belongs there. all of the features are incredible and the integration system works excellent. my only complaints that they might be worked out with a software update are following:
1. The Apple carplay volume is really low for phone calls. I have to raise the volume all the way up to 40 (max) to be able to hear. Interestingly, when the phone is connected via Bluetooth, it sounds much better which is weird.
2. When you start the car, you have to wait until the unit has booted up, which takes like 10 seconds, and then connect the iPhone. If you connect it before, the phone will give you an error that the device you have connected is not supported. you either have to reset the unit or turn off the vehicle and turn it on again so the phone can be recognized.
3. Some of the icons in apple car play look low resolution and cheap. For example, the green messages icon has a border in one side of a different color making it look bad.
4. I wish that when in Apple Carplay, the screen could display the bottom arrow that gives you access to the tabs so you can quickly change without having to push the home button and then scroll to find the desired radio app.

Other than this, I highly recommend this radio. If these complaints would be fixed, I will definitively give 5 stars.

Overall these units are absolutely amazing. I already had 2 in our JKU‚ so I kinda knew what to expect but the improvement it made in the over all sound quality is undeniable.
My only complaint is shipping. Not sure if that was a Warehouse problem or a FedEx problem but you could guess who blamed who. My unit sat in the warehouse waiting to be ‚Äúpicked up‚for 6 days before it made the trek from CA to GA. Over all took 2 weeks to get here

This is a must have head unit for Jeep Wrangler owners. Blows the stock head unit out of the water. Tons of cool features plus the ability to customize it to your preferred color combo are a few of my favorites things about the Heigh10. I added a front and rear camera, which I use all the time and plan on adding a few more on the side as well. Fit and finish is perfect, it looks like my Jeep rolled off the factory floor with the Heigh10 installed.

Great upgrade

I upgraded my Wrangler JLU 7" screen to the Stinger Heigh10 unit. It's a massive improvement over stock. Their install video covers all the necessary bits for the DIY'r. When they say it's a tight fit to get all the wires in, they weren't kidding. That was the worse part of the install, and it wasn't really that bad.
After comparing other aftermarket units, the selling point for me was being able to hook up my Sirius receiver and still have sat radio (lifetime subscription).

In the interest of transparency, i am writing this review as a contest entry. However, there were no stipulations as to what i had to rate it, or had to say. That being said, I truly love this system. It is not the easiest thing to install but, that is more on jeep than Stinger as The Jeep Gladiator was not designed with hardly any room behind the dash. One of my favorite upgrades is that it still uses the factory HD camera and actually uses the full screen to display it. This is my second time I‚love upgraded my head unit. I originally had the factory 5‚then moved to a pioneer 7‚touchscreen. It still didn‚ satisfy what I wanted so i upgraded yet again to this screen and am so glad i did. The screen is clear, touches are accurate, the number of settings and options are ridiculous (in a good way). It sounds amazing (took some tweaking, jeeps are apparently not acoustically friendly) especially with my aftermarket speaker upgrades.

Was looking to upgrade form the stock 7" in my JL sport and this was a great decision. Install was pretty easy and it will allow me to hook amps up without any issues. Android auto works great and have been using Gaia on it when wheeling if not making use of the added front camera.
