Love this set-up! Install was fairly easy! Stinger‚ install video was extremely useful as well! I did have one small technical issue, but I reached out to tech support who helped the best they could. Apple CarPlay wasn‚ working, but once I unplugged the USB on the back of the radio and plugged it back in, it worked just fine! No other issues so that was the only small glitch. Graphics are great! Response is overall good. I pick this over the Alpine Restyle any day, not because it‚ a bad radio, but because the Heigh10 is flat out the best deal out of the two!!!

I LOVE this unit! I went from the 7" factory screen to the heigh10 and it made a world of difference!

Item comes with absolutely everything needed for installation. Great product and one of my favorite upgrades to my 2018 Jeep JL.

I love the format and interface - cannot get android auto to work, back-up camera doesn't work until you drive it around for 5 minutes or so or have it get warmed up for 5 minutes. Hopefully, this stuff gets solved soon. I am getting better speakers/amplifier soon so hopefully, it will sound better - not the fault of this head unit, however.

Are you up to the most current firmware and software versions for your harness and radio?
Android Auto only works out of the center console USB port that was added.

I would give this 4 1/2 stars. It works well and has a lot of features. I purchased a 2021 Rubicon with the 7 inch screen but wanted the 8.4 inch. I was disappointed in the size and functions. I was a concerned the 10 in screen would be a little too large and over bearing in the Jeep. However it fits perfect and really looks like a factory fit. The size is perfect and would now hate to go back to a smaller screen. I the only complaint I have is the company indicates you keep all factory functions. But anything that was done thru the factory uconnect is gone. For me I miss the compass and the GPS time that was on the center display with speedometer. The clock only displays on a couple of screens so for the most part you loose having a clock all the time. The compass on the Stinger only works while the vehicle is in motion. As soon as you stop it shows north. I did buy the navigation chip and not sure that was worth it, but that is a separate review. One of the things I wanted was to be able to use my off road trail maps on something larger than my phone. As to no fault of Stinger, they did not work with Android Auto. But with the help of Google I can now mirror my entire phone to the display.

Unit works great when it wants to I have the latest software version but still having issues
Turns on and off randomly
My dash USB doesn‚ work
Freezes up then restarts
I loose my XSM icon on the Home Screen and have to reset the system then I have to reprogram everything in
