Best water filter compared to all the others, only problem is sometimes you get a bad batch where they don't last as long or maybe the quality of my city water changes not too sure but one thing for sure is zero water will replace the batch no questions asked Ive been drinking zero water for 10 years!! When I purchased my first filter I was looking for something that tasted better than brita I was buying and carrying gallons of drinking water as I lived on the 4th floor at least once a week..All I drink is water every day this is bottled water quality like aquafina dasani fiji etc the other brands do not even come close they stand behind their product they will even provide a tds meter to prove it. Best quality and customer support..
