Zero water filters saved my coffee maker our water is full of minerals very hard water. we had to buy a new pot every year. With zero water filters we save a lot of money on coffee makers, and the taste is so much better.

While they work well, the price of the filters has become ridiculous. I am a long time customer but am seriously considering changing brands because of the increase in price. Or maybe I will install a whole house filter. Even your Black Friday sale was a disappointment.

Due to the increase in material costs and general inflation in the market, we have to increase our prices for our filters to be able to continue to deliver the highest standard in pour through water filtration and to guarantee the purest tasting water ongoingly. There will be sales and ongoing promotions where you can save on bundles sales – keep checking our promotions page and make sure you are signed up to our emails. We did run a large sale on the 6 pack filters the 2nd week in December for the holiday season.

We love zero water! Even with our water softener system, water from our faucets has a slightly unpleasant taste. We've been using Zero water for years. Best choice we've ever made. Thanks!

Absolutely love Zero water, though the only frustrating thing about the filters that I have come across is continuously having to shake them so the water can move through. Replacing filters is super easy and doesn't take much effort which is nice.

We certainly apologize for the continued frustrations with the filters, typically this is an easy and quick fix, simply remove the filter from the container and unscrew it from the tray. Then hold the filter sideways/horizontal and grip the filter very tightly and shake the filter with some good force side to side and back and forth 8 to 10 times. This will loosen the filter media and break the air lock. If you do not clear all of air from the filter this issue will continue to compound itself over and over. Also never fill the reservoir directly from the faucet or spigot from your sink as this is naturally aerated and will force air down inside the filter. It is best to fill the reservoir with a large glass or measuring cup and pour into the corner of the reservoir away from the center of the filter. If there is ever a filter that simply just will not fix itself when the aforementioned trouble shooting steps have been followed we are more than happy to replace that filter. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
