Sometimes water won't easily flow through the filters, from the get-go, and once the threads would not tighten on the pitcher base. A big expense for ones that don't work properly.

The water that you get from your town is not always good and you should be drinking clean water not all kinds of toxins.

I am so glad I ordered the 16 pack filters for my large ZeroWater dispenser because it was such a great price per filter, and I will be well stocked for months. This is my first ZeroWater experience... and the taste of the water is so clean and pure. My tap water tested in the high 250s! The ZeroWater filter brings it down to zero. This is one of the best products I have ever purchased and gives me peace of mind and is one of the most important items on my Prepper list.

The first one out of the 16 had not gone thru the rinse cycle at the factory properly I hope the are not all like that.
