I love my Zero Water dispenser! The only thing I suggest is to replace the plastic spiket with a stainless steal spiket.

The ZeroWater filters work great and provide great tasting water. I also like that the 16 pack provides a more affordable way to keep plenty of filters on hand so I don't have to restock very frequently.

ALWAYS feel horrible about the amount of waste with these filters, and wish there was a recycling program. However, it's still better than one-time use bottles. The water is absolutely wonderful after being filtered. Everyone, including the cats, gets filtered water every day. I just wish our heavy water didn't kill them so quickly!

Since I have been using zero water in my home, I have purchased three other systems of theirs. All other waters tastes weird to me. Water filtered through a zero water filter tastes better than any water. I’ve been using them for 6 years and don’t plan to stop.
