The water quality when the filters are new is good. No longer than they last, this is JUST TOO EXPENSIVE. I have to find another means of water filtration.

The FDA recommends that you receive essential vitamins and minerals from a well-balanced diet, and not necessarily from water alone. There are mineral drops available via Amazon and some health food stores. If you do decide to add minerals back to the water, be sure to do so post filtration.

I can't see any issues with it. Awesome filters. As a suggestion, It would be really nice if ZeroWater can provide kind of pill or extra level to make the water alkaline too? In this way we can correct the PH as well as filtration as well.

Filters are fine but there needs to be a better way to recycle them. Shipping to TX is way too expensive. With our heavy metal water in Massachusetts we go through one every 10-14 days.
