Worth hassles

Had this product for years. Although hassle, The purification method works. It’s provided to my dogs, as well as me. We have hard water. A skeptic by nature, I observed using the purified water in my glass kettle. The hard water deposits were NOT in the kettle. Better tasting beverages too. Keep my pitcher in fridge and serve water cold . So, im a believer! Worth hassles and expense for “healthier” water.

I've been using using and enjoying a ZeroWater 184 oz. Blue Dispenser in my refrigerator for several years. I live alone and like to keep a supply of the ZeroWater Replacement Filters stored within easy reach of the refrigerator for whenever I need to replace one. I like the water I use from the dispenser and appreciate having a large supply of replacement filters nearby to replace the expended filters as soon as the TDS tester exceeds 006 just like the instructions say. When the supply of extra filters runs low, I purchase a 16 Pack of the replacement filters so I don't have to purchase filters frequently. The ZeroWater Blue Dispenser is a great product which I take apart, clean, and install a fresh new filter about every 3 or 4 months.

I have been buying zero water filters for many, many years. I have never encountered any problems. The last package of 2 filters are making my water WORSE rather than better. The reading on the water going into the filter is 20 to 25 and when it goes through the filter it is markedly discolored and the reading becomes 147 to 175..... WHAT GIVES ZERO WATER.......

We've had it for about a week or so, water tasted great. Last night the water suddenly tasted awful. I tested it and it is 758! NOW - I still had a container that I filled the day before, so I tested that, and it was 001! I dumped out all the water, cleaned the pitcher carefully, and I let new water run through the filter several times to make sure it was also clean.Tested it again, and it's750! I tested the tap water, and that is in the 500's. SO - when taking the tap water (testing at 500 approx.), and filter it - it comes out at 750 - i.e., its tests 250 HIGHER than before filtering it. What is going on??

One star for the simple fact that zero water chose not to have Black Friday sale on 16 pack filters this year. Real slap in the face for us…you know your loyal customers. Hopefully you’ll WAKE UP next year

Just received the shipment of 16 filters at a more reasonable price. We’ve still got 4 older filters to use up (usually takes 5 weeks per) before we use the first filter from the new shipment. So, no review is yet possible.
