Large pack

Bought the large pack because these are so expensive and the volume discount helps a bit. Downside is that the rebate program is not helpful if you buy so many at once. Get same recycling rebate for a much smaller order so there is little $ incentive to ship such a large quantity back for recycling. Please fix the recycling program to better serve customers who buy this larger quantity.

Thank you for your feedback on our recycling program. I have forwarded your email to our marketing department that oversees recycling. In the meantime ZeroWater filters are made from #5 plastic and are accepted by most recycling companies.

Price has doubled and they don’t last

I’m done, the price has doubled for these filters and my last 12 filters lasted a quarter of the usage of the previous 48. Going with a RO system!

In an effort to keep up with the demand caused by the pandemic we are limiting the size of the filter packs available, currently offering only the 2, 3, and 4 packs of filters. Quality has eroded

The quality of the filters has eroded. I used to be able to replace a filter with ease. Now, it is extremely difficult to get a tight seal. Water leaks around the seal, which defeats the purpose. I am very disappointed that changing the filter causes me to strain myself and waste a lot of water before a satisfactory seal is made. Sorry I purchased so many filters.

Wish filter lasted longer

I had first gen Culligan filter and believed enough in the idea to try their new “longer lasting” 2nd gen filter, bought a new pitcher, etc.
New “longer lasting” filter only lasts 1-2 weeks for our family of four. It’s a lot of hassle and expense to change the filters this often.

Best water filter ever

I got this because I wanted to see if the reviews were true. I had a purita filter so when I got this it cane with a tds reader. I tested it on my tap(230) purita filter(140) and zero filter(00). I thought maybe it was their tds playing tricks so I bought a different one and it was the same. I even have a survival life straw and this filtered everything way better. Now I only cook with zerowater filtered water. I love it

Function and black smudges

I purchased about 4 months ago but did not open and begin using until 5 weeks ago. When I put the filter in it looked used.....black smudges all around. It was factory sealed so obviously poor quality control. I have the 10 cup pitcher....when you press the spout to dispense the water often times goes in a few directions so you need a wide mouth glass or it shoots everywhere. The top spout just gushes out.....very difficult to control the flow.
I am not happy at all with this pitcher however I just hope that it truly takes contaminants out of the water. I just reordered a filter to see if the condition is the same as the one I
originally got in the new pkg. BTW.....I have NEVER written a review before......I am that displeased with this product.

Like to know why filters I've been buying have moisture inside.
They should not have any type of water inside. This deteriorate the filters while in atirage.
