Have used an otter box case for my last 3 iPhones without disappoint. I’m not horribly reckless with my phone, but tend to be drop-prone. Otter box cases have never failed to appropriately protect my phone. I’ve had an iPhone 12 pro for about a month, have had 2 drops with no issues. I love how the pop socket collapses into the built in groove so I can easily slide and carry the phone in my pocket. Love the color/design, the appearance looks true to form to the online picture. Putting the case on or taking it off is relatively easy. I have yet to try wireless charging with this case. With all that I’ve experienced so far, I highly recommend this case.
Bought this for the built in pop socket which is cool, but really wanting it for the way it is recessed which supposedly would allow for wireless charging. Fails to charge on all my wireless chargers. Will likely end up using different cover with pop socket added on.

We're so sorry for the trouble you've run into with this Otter + Pop Symmetry Series case in terms of wireless charging. That's strange to hear because this case was designed to be compatible with Qi wireless charging.

Not compatible with wireless charger

I have tried 3 different wireless chargers including one from pop socket. None of them work with the case on. I even tried taking off the pop socket and it still didn’t work. I wish I had known before buying.

We're so sorry about this. That could be due to any of a few different factors, such as the particular platform being used and the specific placement of the Apple/Otter combo on it. In addition, you might find it helpful to reboot both your device and charger and also to check and see if there have been any firmware or operating system updates to either.

Truly terrible quality

I purchased another otter box case that stretched and warped within 4 weeks and then they had the nerve to charge me shipping for this crap. Didn’t even have it 6 weeks before it completely cracked all over. I’ve never dropped it or done anything outside of the norm with it. Also the pop socket kept falling out. I’ll never waste my money on otter box again. Id rather light bills on fire for warmth.
