Liking the new case so far, the PopSocket design is nearly seamless with the back of the case but not quite. Even if I remove the popsocket it won’t charge on my wireless pad so that is a bummer. Hopefully they add the MagSafe magnets to a future pop socket case

I’ve always admired Otter for their great cases. Not too bulky anymore and have always provided the best protection for these expensive phones. However, this one doesn’t seem to be like the others. Seem too thin and the PopSocket that’s built into it, doesn’t seem to pop out like the original PopSocket. I hope the Otter protection works as well as the past. The jury is still out. We will see when I have my first drops. Fingers crossed. I am going to give it a recommendation only bc of the history Otter has, but it’s really a 50/50 recommendation.

I purchased this product because of it’s mentioned wireless charging comparability. False!!! I have been unable to charge my phone with Pop or without Pop. Stay away from this product if you are happy with your wireless charging capability.

The case is protecting the phone but was the most difficult fit I’ve ever experienced to get on my new iPhone. Additionally, doesn’t charge well and impedes charging on mats.

We find that if you start with the top right corner (camera and power button corner) as you’re looking at the screen and work your way counterclockwise around the perimeter, that installation and removal of this case will be easier.

I love the otter-pop cases for their simplicity. This is my second otter + pop case (one for my XS and now this one for my 12 pro),however this one cracked at the socket point in less than two months of use. Meh

FYI one negative is that the Integrated Pop Socket will not allow for the phone to charge on any charge pad - other than that Love the Case.

Pop-out doesn't extend outward far enough to accommodate my fingers for a secure hold on the phone. Also, this case is not wireless charging friendly. It is shelfware until I find some sucker who wants to buy it.
