I bought my otter+pop violet dusk symmetry case after I had used a cheap case from a no name brand . My Otterbox is so much better! The colours are beautiful and it is so easy to hold with the pop. It’s very sleek and fits easily in the hand. I would highly recommend Otterbox to anyone!

This case is very pretty, and I love how easy the pop socket makes it to hold the phone. However, a very big downside is that it doesn’t charge on my wireless charger, even when I take the pop socket off the back. I’ve purchased other otter box pop socket cases that have been able to charge wirelessly. It’s disappointing, as this was one of the main reasons I purchased this case.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice case but charging doesn’t always work

I think the case is beautiful and fits the phone perfectly. It feels solid and high quality. My issue is with the fact that the specifications say that the pop top needs to be removed in order to charge and something I thought I could deal with as I’ve had pop top products before. So what that I might have to take off the pop top to charge my phone? The problem is that the pop top is incredibly hard to put on/take off. Sometimes you think it’s properly installed and it flies right off. It’s hard to know when it is installed properly. Additionally, when I have to take the pop top off to charge at this point multiple times a day my phone does not always charge. I’ve had the same chargers and phone just a different case and did not have this issue before. I would not recommend buying this case if you’re looking for a phone case with a pop top/similar product that also charges. The 2 stars are because I do like how the case looks.
