Great case, no QI functionality

I love OtterBox products and will never stray from the family. Every case has saved me from many phone replacements. The durability is without question, and the designs keep getting more fun. However, this case does NOT work with wireless charging, as advertised, even with the pop socket removed. This was really disappointing as I purchased a wireless pad, excited to try it out. Love the case and its fluidity with the pop socket. Disappointed in the QI functionality - this NEEDS to be removed from advertisement on the case, as it is not accurate to the product.

Just a heads up that you will have to remove the pop socket if you plan on using the wireless charging option. My old otterbox with pop socket charged just fine but for some reason this one will not which is a pain to remove it every time you want to charge your phone.

Box says wireless charging compatible but it’s not

Bought this case for my wife and tried all of my wireless chargers and nothing works not even if I remove the pop socket from the case, very disappointed with this purchase because now all of her wireless chargers are useless. I dont recommend this product if you prefer to wirelessly charge your device.

Broken Pop Socket

It would not charge with pop socket on, so I removed it as suggested in other reviews and feedback. Now it is broken! Not happy at all! Too expensive for it to break when I do what is suggested!
