I’ve used this case for my past phone for the past 3-4 years, but I’m not pleased with this one. The material and quality for the iPhone 12pro case seems to have been degraded unfortunately. If you haven’t even used this case, then you may like it a lot.. I’m just use to the ones for the iPhone 10 and this one is way worse. Why change a good thing?:(

We specifically designed this case to be seamlessly compatible with your device, so those fit issues you mention are a bit surprising. When getting this case on your device, we recommend starting with the top left corner so you can situated the buttons in place within the case and then slowly work your way around the perimeter to fully secure your device. I’m upset that otterbox hasn’t made this phone case in all pink like they have for other iphones. I’m not a huge fan of the whole cloud design so i had to settle for another brand so that it would be all pink.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The pop socket in the back came off after one use. I pulled it out to use it as intended and it came apart without resistance. Disappointed considering the price.

Hey there! So sorry to hear about your experience with the Otter + Pop Symmetry Series case. When the PopTop came out, did the case crack or break? Those built-in PopTops are swappable so you're able to customize the case to your liking. If it just popped off on you, you can insert it back into the case and rotate it clockwise to secure it back in place. If you're case broke, we'd be more than happy to look into your warranty replacement options with you though.
