First delivery was not even close to what I ordered. Customer service was friendly and did send out a replacement order. Glass screen protector was received crushed and returned for credit. Case is very stiff and doesn’t quite fit my 12 Pro phone. Pop socket is also stiff and doesn’t support as a stand as my previous set did. Will not purchase Otterbox again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

While using that OtterBox as a stand, we usually suggest pulling the PopTop all the way out then angling one side up. This allows you to use the side that's still popped out as the stand for your phone. Additionally, we recommend having the camera-side of your phone down and close to the stable surface and recommend placing something under the PopSocket to ensure the correct viewing angle is achieved.

I bought this item for my iPhone, I could barely get it on, it is very tight fit, then when I did get it on somehow, I could barely get it off, thought I was going to break the phone to get it off.

We recommend installing the case on the right corner first. Once your camera and power buttons are in the case, move clockwise, and insert the bottom right corner of the phone into the corresponding corner of the case, so that the right side of the phone is installed in your OtterBox. After, apply pressure to the bottom left corner then the top left corner. To remove the case, simply do these steps in reverse! Don’t buy

Bought this yesterday. Won’t allow wireless charging at al. Then was told to remove pop socket top to wireless charge. Still didn’t help and now the popsicles won’t go back together. Well I’m saying piece of junk!!!

I returned it as soon as I received it. It is not built to the quality of other Symmetry cases for past phones. It could be due to the pop socket. Back of case is just plastic with no rubber backing. While the pop socket hide feature is great, the phone case suffers protection for back glass.

Almost Perfect

The design of this case is what drove me to purchase it. I really like Pop-sockets, but didn't like how it added thickness to the overall phone. This case integrates (and in-sets) the Pop-socket base so when it's closed, the back profile of the phone is more flush with the overall case.
Unfortunately, months later, I was about to pop out the socket and the entire Pop-socket fell completely off. I noticed that the plastic base cracked and wasn't holding the Pop-socket in place. This scenario could have been disastrous if I was out and about, but fortunately, I was home and it dropped onto a carpeted floor.
Rather than a cheap, thin plastic base, Otterbox should have used a stronger, better material that would hold up over time. I hope this is improved going forward.
