Can someone say why the screen protector was removed from the defender series? I love the product, I prefer it to encase the entire phone and not just add a glass protector separately

I’m so happy I bought this OtterBox! The design is so cute and it really protects my phone. I drop my phone a lot and so far there’s not even any dents/scratches on the phone OR case. It’s very durable and the pop socket makes it so convenient to hold. I highly recommend!

I love the pop + symmetry case and when I upgraded to iPhone 12 Pro, ordered the same style I had previously for the new phone. The protection of the phone is the same but I can no longer charge wirelessly. With my previous phone, I could charge without even needing to take off the pop socket. That’s not the case with the 12 pro case. It’s a big hassle to take the case off every time to charge but it’s either that or back to using regular charging cable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not Indestructible, Not Worth It

The case is solid and I enjoyed that the pop socket was built in. However, it doesn't fit properly on the pop socket car mount which is annoying. Most annoyingly, I dropped my phone and the pop socket itself completely broke off. The plastic broke and now the reason I bought this case is ruined. I'm disappointed that I spent so much money on a product that broke so easily.

I purchased this for a larger phone and thought surely, I could get away without using an integrated popsocket otterbox now that I have a smaller phone. Nope. I couldn't do without the security and protection of the otterbox case and the security of the popsocket to safely grip the phone for use and for standing. Being able to change out the popsocket top is a plus, but it's really about the handling of the phone. I don't worry about drops because the popsocket is reliable, and I don't worry about drops because if it did slip, I know my phone is protected.
