I have been using the otter + pop symmetry case for a while an I love them. I love being able to swap out the pop socket and create a new look without having the remove entire pop socket and repositioning it on my case. The case protects my phone and is not big and bulky like other cases!

I love the look and feel of this case. I HATE that I can’t use wireless chargers with the case on. I switched all my chargers to wireless and now have to buy charging cables. A REAL FLAW in the design if you ask me. You would think a case designed for a new phone would allow the technology of the phone be used. Fire this designer!

I love otterbox cases. I always make sure to buy one as soon as I get a new phone. I’ve never had the Symmetry one before and it was somewhat difficult to put on and I’m sure it will be difficult to remove but I don’t plan on taking it off anytime soon.

Have used for a month. It looks good and quite functional, but expected from advertising to be able to charge, even with pop socket, on wireless pad. Doesn’t charge — have to use charging cord. Disappointing.

Good but not for wireless charging

Just got this case and love the durability. But I wish I read reviews before purchasing as the case doesn’t allow for wireless charging, even with the PopTop off. I will still use it, but not loving it right now.

This is strange to say the least because this case has been tested and confirmed to be compatible with Qi wireless technology with the removal of the PopTop.
That said, not all platforms are made the same, and there are some other dynamics that can be a factor as well, such as the placement of the device, etc. We'd like to dive in with some more troubleshooting tips. This is a very good cover. I got the white and dark gray case. The white is a hard plastic and the grey is a hard soft touch plastic. The pop socket on the back is the new kind that you twist to take off. So it’s easy to change out. I tried to stick my dash magnet on the inside of the case but the case is too thick for the magnet to work. (I used to hide the magnet in the hollow part of the old pop socket.) Overall, happy with the purchase. Just wish the gray part was a silicone material and that the case was MagSafe

Pop socket broke

First of all, the pop socket is not permantly attached. It toggles and thus will not stay on. I tried to glue it on, but then it just broke. Don't waste your money.
