This is the second Otterbox I’ve bought. It’s a great product but I’m worried that the tab covering the recharging socket will tear off from repeated use like the first one dud.

Very good solid case case to protect my iPhone 12 max pro, As far as protection A++ but I’m not able to utilize the wireless charging feature. Case is to thick, I have to take the phone out of the case to get it to charge on the pad. The stand wireless charger I have to turn the phone upside down to get a charge going but it’s very slow to charge. The product description says the commenter is wireless charging compatible but I disagree. I did specifically buy this case for protection and the wireless charging feature. I would recommend this case even tho

So my commuter case came in the mail cracked. The thin hard plastic that is between the bottom middle of the screen and the charging port split in half. This leaves the crack not flush at the bottom of the case with a sharp surface. I've sent three warranty responses with my order number and all my info. I've not heard back and it's been nearly a month.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love Otterbox, always have, and this case is perfect for my phone. You can feel it’s protected once you put it on, thank you Otterbox! I can now use my phone without being worried something will happen to it, especially with three kids running around the house! :) I also purchased the symmetry but didn’t feel as protective as this one. Another thing I love is that it doesn’t feel bulky at all! It took me a while to decide which of the two cases so I bought both and 100% this one. If you are thinking which one to get, get the commuter! Love it!

I love the pretty pink case. It is easy to grip and does not slide around in your hand. The only complaint is the cover flap over the charging port. It is hard to move it out of the way to plug in the phone. But I will take that if that is the only complaint I have. Nice protection for my expensive iPhone!

When you buy the top of the line iPhone 12Pro Max, you want and need the best protection and Otterbox is the gold standard. Fits tightly, but functionally, allowing all buttons to be responsive to the user.

I’ve had several of these for various iphone. i had one for my iphone 11 pro max with the pop out.
I ha e to say I really like the built in pop out as it was flush when in use. wish this current one had a pop out in this color.
