Not as clunky as the defender. Slim but still sturdy. You do have to use a little pressure for the side buttons but that’s not a factor for me. Great protection.

I already replaced this with another case. Having used Commuter cases on my phones for the last 5ish years this one made pressing the side buttons a bit difficult and the lip around the screen wasn’t as pronounced as it was on my XS Max.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like the case as well as the previous ones however I will say the button covers make it very diffficult to turn on and off due to being stiff....also I have wireless charging in my vehicle and unlike the cover for my 10 xs max the cover for the 12 pro max will not take a charge through the cover and as I drive a lot for my job this is a big inconvenience...so I will probably seek out a different cover

I purchased this case to protect my phone. But also because they said you could charge it with the wireless chargers. Unfortunately that is not true for my case. It does not charge in my trucks wireless charger with this case on.

Are you attempting to use Apple's new MagSafe charger?Although this case has been confirmed compatible with standard Qi wireless technology, we actually have three distinct case models that were specifically engineered for use with MagSafe—the Aneu Series Case with MagSafe, The Figura Series Case with MagSafe, and the Symmetry Series+ with MagSafe—each of which can be found over on the official OtterBox website.
