I bought the case and screen protector a couple of weeks ago - the cover is OK - the flap protecting the charging point is weak and more likely will break off in the not too distant future - but the screen protector had already two stress cracks after a couple of days - didn’t drop the phone - just had it in my pocket - disappointing!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The commuter series is a good balance of protection and size. All my phones take a beating. Ever since I switched to commuter series with my galaxy s6 I haven't broken a single phone from dropping it. I'd recommend to everyone.

Go for the darker color -Did not think about this

I bought this because I loved the color. After just the first day of putting in in and out of my back pocket of my jeans (a well loved pair of a dark washed skinny jeans), the blue dye from the jeans, started to get on the case. It was disappointing because the jeans have been washed countless times in the 2 years that I have owned them and never expected this to happen.

The floppy soft material on this case allows debris to easily get between the case and the phone. This is not the Otterbox case you want. Mine is going in the trash.

Bought this as a gift but phone cause doesn’t allow to be wireless charged. Kind of pointless to get a phone, because it does so, yet the case to protect, doesn’t work for that.
