I bought it like a month ago and I like how it protect my phone but it looks like it is very old because the plastic stains very easy, my case is all stain from putting it on the bags of my jeans.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I never purchased an Otter box case in the past mainly due to costs, but over time i have learned that its best to cry once and not twice.
a day a go while riding my Harley on the freeway my phone took a swan dive from my jacket's side pockets and found it's self crashing into the ground! Luckily I noticed this right away! I went back and looked for it and to my surprise the phone was in working condition!
No broken screen! no cracked camera lens! yes a few scratches but nothing that affects its functions.
I'm sure I was doing atleast 90MPH when this event took place.
from now on I will recommend OtterBox to anyone and will be a customer for life!
the warranty process was also a breeze!

Maybe I just assumed MagSafe would work. I think it said something about wireless charging working. It doesn’t stick though. That’s a pretty basic functionality that’s a real shame it doesn’t work, especially considering it had the lightning port cover.

As always they case is strong otterbox quality the only thing is mag safe doesn’t stick to case it charges but doesn’t snap into place until you remove the cover leaving your phone unprotected. Other than that still a great purchase just have to plug in charger using port like before.

Lifetime fan of Otterbox products. Their reliability has protected countless electronic devices from falls. This case is no different. Light weight and protective. Big downside: it is not compatible with Apple’s new MagSafe charger.

OtterBox Commuter Series has been my go-to phone case for every phone I've had. I rarely drop my phone, but when I do, I feel secure in the knowledge my phone is safe.
