I have this case and my phone fell from about waist height and the back shattered. Just fell on tile floor flat on the back. Definitely get a more robust case because this did nothing

Although we do everything we can to make sure our cases will provide the best protection available to help limit the potential for such discouraging outcomes, unfortunately, any given incident is still subject to a variety of unique dynamics that are at times beyond our control and prevent us from being able to eliminate all exposure to risk.

Purchased this case and it doesn’t fit the iPhone 12 Pro as the description says, also this is not a hard shell case, it’s flexible. Not the typical hard shell that otter box has.

We're sorry to hear about your frustration with your Symmetry Series case! The good news is, we have a helpful tip for easier installation of that OtterBox. We recommend installing the case on the right corner first. Once your camera and power buttons are in the case, move clockwise, and insert the bottom right corner of the phone into the corresponding corner of the case, so that the right side of the phone is installed in your OtterBox. After, apply pressure to the bottom left corner then the top left corner. To remove the case, simply do these steps in reverse! If you continue to have issues, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Customer Service Team at 1-855-688-7269, and we can get you helped out.

I’ve had it for a couple of weeks now. I haven’t dropped my phone with the case on it (yet) but, I like how the size of the phone with the case on it still isn’t to big or bulky and I love the design. Like I said tho I haven’t dropped the phone so I can’t really speak on the durability or how well it protects your phone which is why I can’t give it 5 ⭐️
