I recently purchased this case for the new iPhone 12 Pro, hoping that it could provide protection and style. After a week of having it on, the case hasn’t failed to protect my phone from drops. Just to clarify, I have only dropped it two times by accident ever since this review has been made. The only downside of this case it that the grippy part is not on the lower sides of the case, just near the power and volume buttons. Overall, I love the color and general style.

I've always used OtterBox for every cell phone I've owned. The iPhone 12 Pro case is perfect! It's not too bulky in my pocket and very easy to grip. My only complaint is the corners of the case sometimes slide over the edges of the phone. I'm hoping as the case breaks in this won't be an issue.

I’ve been using the Otterbox Commuter cases on my iPhones for the last 5 plus years, as has my wife.
They’re a great size and feel, and they’ve always done a great job protecting our phones. I prefer them over the defenders, and will continue to use them for years to come! I love that the iPhone 12 pro model doesn’t have a cutout for the Apple logo.

I have now had several commuter cases for my and my family's iphones - despite dropping our phones frequently, the screens have never cracked. This is a great, very protective but still slimline case. The only problem is that the inner rubber layer sometimes breaks at the thinnest area at the bottom. Otterbox is terrific about replacing wither the outer casing or the rubber liner under the warranty

Have always used Otterbox cases for my iPhones. This time I wanted something less bulky than the defender series, so ordered the commuter series. It’s great, sleek yet protective. You do need to purchase a screen protector separately to achieve full protection of your phone.
