The case is nice. it fits well and is comfortable to grip and hold. The issue I have is the buttons are hard to push so that they actually work. Also the tab for recharging is a pain to flip open and stick the charger in. I'm ready to cut it off.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Case does not fit well over the volume up/down buttons on left, nor over the on/off on right. It leaves a small gap between the phone and the case in those areas. But even worse is it blocks the charging port...I struggle to insert the charge cable and fear I am damaging the port.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This isn’t my first otter box case I had it on my iPhone 4 iPhone 7 Plus and the iPhone 12 the sides on the case aren’t tight to the phone I am disappointed

I have had multiple OtterBox cases with all usually being fantastic with the exception of this one. The case did my protect my back glass around camera from an extremely minor fall.

Phone not cracked after falling on highway .

I got this case for my 13-year-old son‘s phone, knowing that he’s 13 and probably can’t take care of a phone properly. Well sure enough his sister picked him up from a friends house and he put the phone on top of the car. They proceeded to drive several miles and got on I 95 going 70 miles an hour in the right lane. The phone was on top and flew off onto the side of the highway. An hour later we tracked his phone on Life360 went back thinking maybe we could find his phone while there it was sitting on the side of 95 Without one crack on it, the case had fallen off and we couldn’t find it , but the phone was in perfect condition we couldn’t believe it. This will be the only case we use on our phones saved us a lot of money of having to replace the phone.

I have been using the commuter series on my phone for years! This new case does not disappoint and I like the new grip features on the back. It provides good protection for the phone without being bulky, I think it is better than the symmetry series. Love the color as well, highly recommend.
