This case is sagging and failing after 7 months. I have to buy a new one because it is sagging and bagging. I'll see if I get anywhere with the much promoted warranty.

I purchased the box and holster, but the products shipped were not compatible. The box is too small for the holster.

MagSafe barely attaches to my charger, unlike older OtterBox it is replacing. This has resulted in mornings with an uncharged phone because it doesn’t attach well to the charger. With 2020 version of this case, I can hold the phone by charger cord and the magnet is strong enough to keep it attached.

I had it in place for less than a week, my phone fell to the ground off the table and my screen broke. I had my old case on for 4 years, dropped it multiple times with no screen damage.
