I have bought the commuter case a couple times now and it has always protected my iPhone very well. I have never had a cracked screen or really any damage to my iPhone while it’s on. So naturally I bought another one when I upgraded to the iPhone 12. Not the happiest with the commuter case this time - it still has the same amount of protection as always before, but now it is definitely thicker and I have to be more intentional when pushing the volume buttons and the other side button. It also comes with a cover over the charge insertion, which I understand works to keep dirt out, but it’s actually irritating to have to finagle out of the way every time I want to charge my phone. Also discovered it didn’t allow the “magnetized “feature on the new iPhone to work properly. And that is my fault as I noticed that was the case when I bought The commuter this time, I was just ignorant to what that actually meant, so that is honestly my fault. Overall it’s definitely a great case to keep your iPhone and screen protected. I just will be on the lookout for same level of protection with a less thick case.

I’ve had a commuter case on my last 3 iPhones. Love the thinness of the case. It has the right quality of non slip surface area, but also not too much that it slides into my pocket and purse with ease. Very durable for those accidental drops. Only disappointing part is having to order online bc the stores aren’t carrying them in stock for the iPhone 12 Pro. So had to buy a cheap silicone case till this one arrived. Otterbox was quick in their processing of my order, but I had to deal with the inconvenience of not having it when purchasing the phone. Just wish there was more of a variety of colors to choose from. All 3’of my iPhones have pretty close to the same color cases as I’m not a fan of pink.
