When I purchased my new phone, there was no question about the case I would purchase to protect it. I had an Otterbox on my old phone which saved it when dropped so many times. I knew the product was good and knew that’s what I would purchase again to protect my new phone.

Very flimsy. Not much protection provided. Unable to plug charger into the phone when the otter box was on. Absolutely useless. Very dissatisfied. Not sure I will be buying another otter box.

Very Disappointed

I bought this case less than a month ago and the sides are already blue. Also, i’ve dropped the phone about 4 times in the case and the plastic has already cracked completely through and across and is falling off. very upset … i thought otterbox cases were better than this

Very nice protection for IPhone 12. Also works great for wireless charging. This is my second one. The weak point is the corner around the camera. That’s the area that broke on my first case. But the phone was not harmed, and that’s the main thing.

I’ve been buying the commuter for years and I’ve been happy with it. However, with the iPhone 12 commuter, all the side buttons are too hard to process. I will have to return it.

ALTHOUGH IT SAID COMMUTER AND 2 PIECES, I DID NOT UNDERSTAND WHY IT WAS 2 PIECES, MY OLD ONE WAS 1. THE INNER PIECE IS RUBBER AND THE OUTER ONE IS PLASTIC. IT WORKS WELL.I DID NOT WANT TO GET ONE THAT FOLDED OVER THE HOME SCREEN. DID NOT HAVE A CHOICE FOR ONE LIKE I HAD BEFORE.
