I have been a Defender user for years. I switched to the Commuter because the thin plastic on the defender seems to always crack. So far the Commuter has been ok. I do not like the flexible sides near the top. After a month I can already see where it will stretch out and get loose.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It’s a very nice well made case. It seemed a little more bulky & heavy to my liking. Comparing to the previous Commuter case on my iPhone 7. I went and exchanged it for the Aneu model which is perfect if you’re looking for a case on the slimmer side.

Disappointed

Nice looking case but too many challenges with it.This is the second case Ive purchased. The port where im supposed to be able to put the lightning cable to charge doesn’t allow me to do so.The first case I purchased was defective but now I purchased a second and can’t charge my phone. Otter’s customer service is helping with the first defective product but now having purchased another case and can’t charge my phone its disappointing, Ive purchased otter box before and am quite surprised at the challenges im facing at present . I also cant use my magsafe charger with this case which makes this all very trying as I feel Ive wasted my money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
