It didn’t do the job, I like the Fre case better, it covered more and Wave is too open

Love the reuse of plastic

Lifeproof has excellent products and customer service. When I purchased my new phone I knew I wanted Lifeproof and I was thrilled that there was a case made from marine debris. Also equally happy that LIfeproof will accept the case back to be recycled yet again. My day job deals with water and plastic so this case was right up my alley.

I feel mixed

Pros: I like the way this case fits my phone and how it fits in my hand. The buttons are easy to press and I love the colors. I like how sleek it is. It is certainly the quality of material and the workmanship I expect from life proof. I also appreciate that it’s not only recycled but recycled ocean plastic.
Cons. I was extremely disappointed that the bottom of the case doesn’t cover/protect the charging port. I have had dozens of life proof cases for several different devices and that has always been an important feature, especially in a phone that I charge wirelessly. I didn’t realize it until after it arrived and I would not have chosen a case without that feature. how thin this case is but worry there is not enough plastic to protect the cameras and front glass. The lip is only mms taller than the lens and I feel my fingers fit them every time. I have had the camera lens be damaged in prior iPhone and rendered unusable. I’m going to stick with this case for awhile but would definitely recommend a different one.
Pros: Boating, Exploring, Skiing, wakeboarding, Camping, Hiking, Rock Climbing
