Purchased this twice and both times the pop socket ripped off the back. Not impressed. Only had it a couple months
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It’s a comfortable fit in my hand. The issues are that the pop socket has to be removed for wireless charging (wasn’t the case with my last phone with otterpop), and the case doesn’t allow my back tap shortcuts to work

While using that OtterBox as a stand, we usually suggest pulling the PopTop all the way out then angling one side up. This allows you to use the side that's still popped out as the stand for your phone. Additionally, we recommend having the camera-side of your phone down and close to the stable surface and recommend placing something under the PopSocket to ensure the correct viewing angle is achieved.

Watched 4 or more videos on how to put the case on. It felt like I was going to damage my phone just trying to put it in the case. Absolutely terrible design and not at all worth the money you pay.

We recommend installing the case on the right corner first. Once your camera and power buttons are in the case, move clockwise, and insert the bottom right corner of the phone into the corresponding corner of the case, so that the right side of the phone is installed in your OtterBox. After, apply pressure to the bottom left corner then the top left corner. To remove the case, simply do these steps in reverse! If you continue to have issues, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Customer Service Team at 1-855-688-7269, and we can get you taken care of.

I bought this case about a month ago when I got a new phone. I have had many Otterbox cases but this is the first one with the popsocket made into it and I Love it! It sits much flatter than the pop socket cases and it still wirelessly charges without having to take the pop socket off!! It is exactly what I was wanting and it is super cute!

I love the convenience of the pop socket built into the case. It pushes i and is almost flat on back. However I can not use my wireless charging stand without removing the case. Case is a very tight fit so it is hard to remove. Other than that I love the case

I like this case, it encases the phone and won't let go. It's a bit tough to get the phone out of it, but I think that is a good thing.
I imagine that if/when I drop it, it will damage the case, as it is hard plastic on the back.
