I like everything about this case except that because of the placement of the popsocket it doesn’t work to use it as a kickstand. Not a deal breaker, but a disappointment.

Doesn’t work with my Qi charger!

The case itself isn’t bad but doesn’t work with my Qi charger! My husband got the Otterbox symmetry clear & his case worker perfectly fine with the charger. I took off the pop to see if that was blocking the charge but I was wrong.. Never buying this case again.

It broke after a month

I bought this a month ago so I could swap out different Pop Tops as well as charge on a wireless charger. The part of the case where the Pop Top attaches broke off today. Though I enjoy the features listed above, I am not fond of paying this much for something that broke so soon.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Everything about the case is great but the material is very slippery. Almost dropped thenphone twice already. Should be made of something with some grippers or a tackier material.

Bought this for my new iPhone 12 and love it! I’ve always used a pop socket but didn’t like it stuck on the phone case and not being flat even when pushed in. Problem solved!!! There is a very slight bump on this when pushed in so it lays virtually flat and fits in my car phone holder much better.
The only drawback, and it would not stop me from purchasing this case again, is when it is pulled out it needs to be just a bit longer. With the indentation for the flush fit, it’s pretty tight to get my fingers under the pop socket. Just a bit more length for this style case would be nice. Other than that great case!!!!

I got it a couple of weeks ago it’s ok the pop socket won’t stand up I’m not sure if I got a defective one but it’s disappointing because the prices for it

While using that OtterBox as a stand, we usually suggest pulling the PopTop all the way out then angling one side up. This allows you to use the side that's still popped out as the stand for your phone. Additionally, we recommend having the camera-side of your phone down and close to the stable surface and recommend placing something under the PopSocket to ensure the correct viewing angle is achieved.

I purchased the iPhone 12 Pro Max Otter + Pop Symmetry Series Case and I was sent the wrong color which wasn’t a huge issue.. The issue I did have is that the pop socket piece came off and will not go back on, seems like it broke.
